I remember a line from Drew Barrymore's film called Riding in Cars With Boys as she and her son were arguing, she asked herself "When will this job ever end?" It is indeed a funny question because the truth is, a mother's job will never end. As long as your heart is beating and as long as you still have air to breathe, you will always and forever a mother to your child. There are no material rewards, no day-offs, no 13th month pay, not even a Christmas bonus. But the truth is, its one of the highest salaried job because the payment is pure love; and no amount of money in this world could ever compete that.
